Insurance Lead Generation — Your Questions Answered

Everything you need to know about our inbound insurance leads — TCPA compliance, delivery methods, lead quality, and how we partner with agencies.

Answers About Our Insurance Lead Programs

What is an insurance lead and how is it generated?
An insurance lead is a consumer who has expressed interest in purchasing an insurance policy by submitting their contact information through one of our digital marketing channels. We generate leads through Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), display advertising, email marketing, and optimized landing pages. Every lead has provided explicit consent to be contacted by licensed insurance professionals.
Are your leads TCPA compliant?
Yes, 100%. TCPA compliance is the foundation of our operation. Every lead includes required consent language, a timestamp of submission, the consumer's IP address, and the URL of the page where consent was obtained. We retain this documentation for a minimum of 4 years. We also comply with the FCC's 2025 one-to-one consent requirements.
What is the difference between exclusive and shared leads?
An exclusive lead is sold only to you and no one else. These leads have higher contact and conversion rates because the consumer is not being contacted by multiple agencies simultaneously. Shared leads are distributed to a limited number of buyers (typically 2–5) and are priced lower. We offer both options across all insurance verticals.
How are leads delivered to me?
Leads are delivered in real time via API (ping/post), CRM integration (Salesforce, HubSpot, AgencyZoom, and others), or direct email notification. Delivery happens within seconds of the consumer submitting their information. We support custom webhook delivery and can connect with most modern CRM and dialer systems.
Do you have a lead return or credit policy?
Yes. If a lead has a disconnected or invalid phone number, is a duplicate delivered within 30 days, or is demonstrably fraudulent, we will issue a credit. Return requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery. We do not offer credits for leads where the consumer is simply not interested or not ready to purchase.
What states do you cover?
We generate leads in all 50 US states. You can filter your lead flow by specific states, regions, area codes, or zip codes based on your licensing and service area. Contact us for state-specific availability and pricing — some states have higher volume and lower cost per lead than others.
Is there a minimum order or monthly commitment?
We do not require monthly minimums to get started. However, preferred pricing tiers are available for clients committing to monthly volume thresholds. We recommend starting with a trial order of 50–100 leads to test quality, and most clients transition to monthly agreements after seeing consistent results.
How quickly can I start receiving leads?
Typically within 24–72 hours of account setup and initial funding. Once we confirm your lead specifications — vertical, states, volume, and delivery method — our team configures your campaign and leads begin flowing in real time. High-volume or specialty campaigns may require additional setup time.
Do you work with call centers and IMOs or just individual agents?
We work with all types of insurance buyers — independent agents, agencies, IMOs and FMOs, call centers, and direct carriers. We offer volume pricing for larger buyers and can accommodate orders ranging from a few dozen to tens of thousands of leads per month.
What information is included with each lead?
Standard data includes: full name, phone number (mobile and/or home), email address, state and zip code, date of birth or age range, insurance type requested, and submission timestamp. Depending on the vertical, additional data may include vehicle information, health status indicators, or home type. All leads include IP address and consent timestamp for TCPA documentation.
