Our commitment to full TCPA compliance in all inbound and digital insurance lead generation activities.
Exor Marketing LLC treats TCPA compliance as a foundational requirement, not an afterthought. The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. Β§ 227) governs how businesses may contact consumers via phone, text, and fax. Every inbound and digital insurance lead we generate includes prior express written consent as required by law.
Every consumer lead β whether generated through our inbound landing pages, Google Ads campaigns, social media digital ads, or email programs β has provided prior express written consent to be contacted. Our consent language includes:
Our consent language is reviewed regularly by qualified legal counsel to meet current FCC guidance, including the FCC's 2025 one-to-one consent requirements.
In response to the FCC's 2024 rule amendment, all leads generated by Exor Marketing LLC on or after January 27, 2025 comply with the one-to-one consent requirement. Consumers consent to be contacted by each specific company individually. Our inbound and digital lead forms clearly identify the buyer(s) the consumer is consenting to hear from.
For every lead delivered, we maintain and can provide upon written request: the exact consent language shown to the consumer; timestamp of submission (date, time, timezone); consumer IP address; the landing page URL; and user agent information. Records are retained for a minimum of four (4) years.
We scrub all leads against the National Do Not Call Registry prior to delivery. Because our leads provide prior express written consent, TCPA exemptions may apply. However, buyers are strongly encouraged to maintain their own DNC lists as an additional compliance layer.
Consumers may opt out by replying STOP to any text, stating opt-out preference on a call, or emailing optout@exormarketing.com. We process all opt-out requests within 24 hours. Buyers must honor opt-outs immediately and independently.
